Light like mamon sponge, creamy like vanilla cheesecake

“STICKY RICE” COOKIE: toasted coconut, caramelized rice crispy cereal, sesame seed, housemade mango jam, khao kuah (Thai toasted rice powder)

Going along with the series I like to call “using the oven as little as possible during summer”, featured above is the first test of an ice cream sandwich! After a few tweaks I’m excited to debut the final sammie at @longbeachubefes

It’s all in the decor detail — very demure, very cutesy, very mindful 💅🏻

BANANA MOCHI CAKE
(aka the gluten free sister to our latik banana bread 😇) - bananas get caramelized with raw sugar and coconut milk, combined with sweet rice flour that results in that rich, chewy mochi-like texture that you truly can’t get

CALAMANSI CITRUS LOAF - bright and zingy calamansi pound cake gets perfumed with lemon zest and orange blossom to round out the flavor. Poppyseeds
