Located in central New Jersey, Pito Provisions is a cottage microbakery by Chef Kaitlyn Manahan, that specializes in small-batch, handmade pastries, cakes, and more.

Kaitlyn Manahan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, earning her business degree with a concentration in pastry arts. Prior work experience includes high end catering in New York City, training at accoladed bakeries throughout New Jersey, and most notably, working at Common Lot in Millburn, heading the restaurant’s dessert program as pastry chef. Over the course of this past year, Kaitlyn has worked and collaborated with Filipino specialty coffee shop, Ayala Coffee, in Union, hosting pop-up bake sales, that would soon jumpstart the inspiration, and fruition of, Pito Provisions.
