Returns: While we are unable to accept returns on food items, if you have any issue with your order please let us know and we will work with you to make it right!

Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations for pre-order pickup orders from our regular menu may be made 36 hours prior to desired pick-up date and are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of desired pick-up date will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations for custom orders/cakes may be made up to 2 weeks before set pickup date. Deposits for such custom orders, however, are non-refundable. Once your order is fulfilled and accepted, no refund will not be issued.

Any preorder that is not retrieved by Sunday after 3PM, unless otherwise notified to us, is considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Our Guarantee: Pito Provisions will provide well-crafted baked goods and custom layer cakes in a timely manner as specified in the client invoice/contract. We appreciate your business - thank you for considering us to make your day sweeter! We guarantee that flavors, size, and our general design elements will be met as outlined.

Allergy Disclaimer: Please note that although Pito Provisions offers a limited number of items that cater to such allergies/dietary restrictions, all items are made in-house, where ingredients containing gluten, dairy, nuts, etc., are in storage. We kindly ask clients to inform us of any dietary restrictions/allergies they may have.

Order Pick-Up Policy: Pito Provisions does not offer order delivery for pre-ordered pastry boxes at this time. All preorders made through our website are for pick up at our residence in Metuchen only, with the exception of listed dates when we are participating in pop-up bake sales. Exact pick-up address is provided in a confirmation email, if you so choose to place a preorder with us.

CUSTOM ORDERS & CAKES —

Custom Specifications: Pito Provisions pastries are crafted and consist of the ingredients listed for each listed items on our menu. Our seasonal cake style is as such - rustic buttercream finish with seasonal fruits, edible florals and greenery. Any design specifications (i.e., certain color schemes, flavor profiles, packaging, etc.), requested by the client are subject to a custom service fee.

Custom Inquiry Notice: please allow at least 2-4 week notice for an inquiry - it allows us more leeway to accommodate you as best as possible. Any inquiry made within 10 days of your desired date is subject to a rush service fee of $25.00

Seasonal Cakes for any occasion: All cakes are roughly 4-5 inches in height, consisting of 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling/buttercream. Our cakes come in two sizes: 6” (feeds 8-12) and 8” (feeds 12-16).

Custom Order Confirmation: An order deposit is required in order to confirm your custom order. The deposit will contribute towards and is equivalent to 30% of your grand total. The order deposit is non-refundable. Upon discussing order details with client, Pito Provisions will send an invoice regarding the deposit via email, which can be fulfilled via credit card or Venmo/Zelle. A second and final invoice regarding the remaining balance for your grand total will be sent in a following email 1-2 days before the service date. Your order must be paid in full prior to fulfillment and acceptance.

Custom Order Fulfillment: Pito Provisions primarily fulfills custom orders through pick up at our residence in Metuchen. We suggest that clients inform us of their desired pick-up time and arrive in a timely manner. If order delivery is preferred, delivery depends on our availability during the desired service date. Delivery is limited to a 15-mile radius within our residence for an extra fee.
