Our menu offerings are available for pre-order pick-up during the dates that are announced from a month-to-month basis.
The menu will be available online for pre-orders one week before the set pick-up dates. Once your order goes through, a confirmation email will be sent to you providing pick-up details and instructions.
Regular pick-ups will occur on the following days & hours:
Fridays, 2pm - 6pm
Saturdays, 10am - 2pm
Sundays, 10am - 2pm

Pito Provisions LLC is a licensed cottage home bakery, meaning that all preparations are primarily done on-premise in a home kitchen, and baking is done in our rented commisary kitchen space. We are based out of Metuchen, NJ - exact pick up address is disclosed in a confirmation email if you so choose to place an order.

Although we operate through porch pick-up, we also do love participating in pop-up sales each month! Check out our calendar for important dates and upcoming events!

Unfortunately we are unable to provide delivery or shipping at this time. Orders are strictly available for pick-up.

Yes, but limited! If you’d like to have our items for your event or to feed a crowd, we ask that you inquire on our Custom Inquiry/Calendar page and provide at least 2-4 week notice to allow us more leeway in order to accommodate you as best as possible. Any inquiry made within 10 days of your desired date is subject to a rush service fee. Pito Provisions is currently a one woman show, there’s only so much two hands can do!

Check out our Seasonal Cakes page for all the details! Our cake flavors change with the season - what we offer on the cake menu is all that we offer at the moment. Even though we are unable to take on custom cake orders with design specifications, Pito’s cake flavors & design aesthetic are seasonally inspired and influenced, and a great addition to any occasion. As disclosed previously, please allow 2-4 weeks in advance to inquire for a custom cake - any inquiry made within 10 days of your desired date is subject to a rush service fee.

While we do offer a limited number of items that cater to such dietary restrictions, everything is made in-house, where ingredients containing gluten, dairy, nuts, etc. are in storage. We kindly ask customers to notify us with any allergies/dietary restrictions they may have.
